  • Closing: All sales must close within fifteen (15) days of the finality of the order confirming the sale
  • Deposit Amount: 10% deposit with a minimum deposit of $100,000 in cashier's check made payable to "Sam S Leslie, Trustee for Montejo, case no.: 2:24-bk-17786-NB".
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 1% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
